What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is the process in which a graphic or design is dyed into the actual fabric.

By dying the design into the fabric it allows for brighter colors that will not fade or crack. All the while, the fabric maintains its technical properties to wick moisture away.

 

When should I expect my order?

ASICS has a 6 week turn- around time line from the day the order is placed. However if the order is being held up due to order clarification, (artwork) please note that the delivery date will be adjusted.

 

Is there a minimum order?

ASICS requires a minimum by sport for the first initial order. Re-orders and fill- in will not require a minimum.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Being that this is a custom product we do not accept returns. If you feel the product is defective or the order was shipped incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Service Department within 2 business days from the time the goods are received at.

Please be prepared to provide us with the packaging slip and copy of your original receipt.

Cancellations are not guaranteed. ASICS will do their best to accommodate changes to the order if the garments have not been cut or printed.

What are my color choices?

Please note that these are ONLY representations of our color offering and might not be exact. Note that different fabrics will take the ink different and colors do not always match 100%. ASICS will not be responsible for the color variance between chart and fabric. Please see the following pantone reference chart below:

Can I make changes to my order?

ASICS sublimated uniforms are made to order. Uniforms cannot be canceled once they have entered in production which is normally 24 hours after received. Contact information:

In the case that you need to add to the order after submitting, a new order is required.

If a roster change is required pre-production the original order will be cancelled and will have to be re-submitted.

 

Why is full payment required upon ordering?

Custom sublimated orders are specific to the customer. Payment is required upon ordering because once the production process begins, we cannot cancel an order. Custom orders are not able to be returned to stock because they are one of a kind and not eligible to be resold.

 

Is sizing the same as your in-stock items?

Yes, our sizing is consistent from our stock items into our custom sublimation line.

 

Can I change the shipping method as the order gets closer to completion?

Yes, you can change the shipping address and/or method, but up-charges may apply depending on tax for that state and the method of shipping chosen.
